Clear answers about ordering, artwork, proofs, and delivery. If your project needs something specific, ask us before ordering so we can help you choose the right option.
How do I order custom stickers?
Choose your sticker style, size, finish, and quantity on the product page. Upload your artwork and include any instructions we should review. You can also create a design in the Sticker Studio, save it to your account, and select the order options for that design. Review the quantity, total, and delivery details before checking out.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 stickers per item unless the product page lists a higher minimum. That quantity applies to each design and size, rather than several different designs combined. Check the minimum shown on your product page before adding it to your cart.
Will I approve a proof before printing?
Yes. You will review a digital proof before we print. Check the spelling, artwork, dimensions, colors, and cut shape carefully. If something needs to change, tell us before approving it. Proof approval is the point to confirm that the design is ready for production.
What artwork files should I use?
A clear, high resolution original gives us the best starting point. You can upload PNG, PSD, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG artwork. Supported production files are converted to an image preview, and your original file is kept for production review. If you are working from a screenshot or a small image downloaded from the web, contact us before ordering so we can check whether it will print well.
What does the 300 DPI requirement mean?
Raster artwork needs at least 300 pixels per printed inch at its actual artwork size. For example, an image printed at 3″ × 3″ needs at least 900 × 900 pixels. Enlarging an image reduces its print resolution. Changing a file’s DPI label alone does not add detail. Vector artwork can scale cleanly, but any photos or other raster images inside the file still need enough resolution.
What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
A die cut goes through both the sticker and its backing, so the whole piece follows your design’s outline. A kiss cut goes through the sticker material while leaving the backing intact. The extra backing makes a kiss cut sticker easier to handle and peel. The printed artwork can be the same; the difference is how the sticker and backing are cut.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom size on your sticker product page and enter your width and height in inches. Each side can be from 1 inch to 52 inches. Circle and square stickers need equal width and height. The price updates for your size and quantity before you add the stickers to your cart. You can enter any whole quantity of 50 or more. Orders above 10,000 stickers keep the same per sticker price as 10,000.
Are the stickers waterproof and weather resistant?
Our vinyl stickers are intended for durable, weather resistant use. How long a sticker lasts depends on the material, surface, sunlight, moisture, heat, and wear it receives. Weather resistant does not mean indestructible or suitable for every application. Tell us where you plan to use them if they will face repeated washing, prolonged soaking, chemicals, or high heat.
What is the difference between matte and gloss?
Matte has a softer look with less glare. Gloss has a shiny finish that catches more light. The best choice is mostly about the look you want and where the sticker will be used. Your screen cannot reproduce the finish exactly, so ask us if the surface appearance is important to your project.
Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
Not exactly. Screens create color with light, while printed stickers use ink on a material. Screen settings, brightness, and the sticker material can all affect the result. A digital proof helps you check the design, but it is not a guarantee of an exact color match. Tell us before ordering if a specific brand color is important.
How long will my order take?
An order needs time for artwork review, proof approval, production, and shipping. Production timing depends on the product and the work required. Waiting to approve a proof or requesting changes can move the completion date. If you have an event or firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is realistic. There are many factors that determine how long an order can take. After approval, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks.
Where are Rogue Stickers made, and where do you ship?
Rogue Stickers is based in Austin, Texas, and our custom stickers are made in the United States. We offer free nationwide shipping. Your delivery timing includes carrier transit after production, so a shipping estimate is different from a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us before ordering if you have a delivery question or deadline.
Can I save artwork and reorder later?
Yes. Sign in to My Account before designing, then use the save option in the Sticker Studio. Your private Saved artwork area includes downloads and an order link. Your account also keeps your order history and billing and shipping addresses. Before reordering, check that the artwork, size, finish, quantity, and addresses are still correct.
Can you print my business logo or AI generated artwork?
Yes, we print customer supplied artwork, including business logos. Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. If your artwork is AI generated, select Yes when ordering; a $50 artwork fee applies per order item marked as AI generated. AI artwork still needs to meet the resolution requirements and pass artwork review.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the problem is visible. This helps us understand what happened and review the order. We will assess the issue under our replacement and refund policy. Please report concerns as soon as you notice them, and keep the stickers and packaging while we review the problem.
