Privacy Policy

Updated November 7, 2026. This policy explains how Rogue Stickers collects, uses and shares information through this WordPress store, customer accounts, the Design Lab and order support.

Information you provide

When you place or attempt an order, create an account, contact us, upload artwork or subscribe to marketing, we may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, messages, artwork, design settings and production instructions. Do not upload information you do not have permission to share or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your order.

Information collected automatically

Our website and service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages or products viewed, timestamps, and security or error logs. Cookies and similar technologies support shopping carts, sessions, login, preferences, payment processing and fraud prevention.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, prepare and review artwork and proofs, provide account features, send transactional messages, arrange shipping, answer questions, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the site, improve the customer experience, and meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. If you opt in to marketing, we may send product news and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Order and security messages may still be sent.

WordPress, hosting and payments

This store runs on self hosted WordPress and WooCommerce with DreamHost hosting. Account, address, order and saved design records are held in the site’s database and may be included in hosting backups. Payments are processed through Stripe and the payment method providers you choose. Our store does not store full card numbers or card security codes in its own database. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, a payment token, card brand, last digits and related billing or fraud information. Stripe also processes data for its own payment, security and legal purposes. Read Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.

Customer accounts and saved artwork

An account lets you access order history, manage billing and shipping addresses, and save artwork. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords. Saved artwork is encrypted in the website database. Downloads are restricted to the account that owns the artwork and authorized store staff. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security.

Artwork and order emails

We use uploaded files and design settings to review, prepare, produce and fulfill your custom order and provide support. Artwork linked to an order may be attached to order emails sent to you and our production team. Those emails create additional copies in mail systems and on recipient devices; the website’s login and download restrictions do not control those copies. Deleting a saved design or requesting account deletion does not recall emails or automatically remove artwork retained with an order or in backups.

Who receives information

We share information as needed with hosting and technical support providers, Stripe and payment providers, shipping carriers, email delivery providers, production personnel and service providers who help fulfill or support an order. For example, carriers receive delivery details and payment providers receive information needed to process and protect a transaction. Contact form messages are delivered to our business email and may be retained in that mailbox. We may also disclose information to meet legal requirements, protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for cash.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies are used for the cart, checkout, customer login and security. Stripe or an optional wallet may use cookies or similar technology for payment and fraud prevention. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working. This policy does not represent consent to new advertising or analytics tools. If we add tools that require additional notices or consent, those choices must be provided when required.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including customer service, order fulfillment, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; we do not promise that all records are deleted after one fixed period. Saved designs can remain associated with your account until removed or a deletion request is processed. Necessary order records, email copies, security logs and backups may remain for their applicable retention periods. Backup copies may persist until the normal backup cycle replaces them.

Privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain uses. Email info@roguestickers.com with your request and the account or order email involved. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and will explain any legal or operational limits on a request. Do not send passwords or full payment card details. If you disagree with our response, reply asking for a privacy review or appeal. This does not limit any rights or complaint options available under applicable law.

Children and international processing

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
